Good explanation of general body principles of Beng Quan, not alot of people out there breaking it down into its composite parts, much less effectively. Its also a good point about trying to diversify the traditional elements of the forms training for real- world application. Excellent.
@Jehja2000 Beng Quan not my favorite but I like to practice Beng quan the most because its truly a very useful fist technique for combat. My favorite element in fact is the drilling fist . (Zuan Quan)
