This is part 1 of you new 4 week weight loss routine. Do this routine 3 times this week. Next week we’ll be adding detox. The week after we’ll add abs. Your final week is opening and releasing tension from the hips. By week 4 you’ll be doing all 4 routines in a row 3 times a week and hopefully feeling great!

just looking at the vid makes me think “aw shit”
there’s no way I can do this!
eh
maybe after weeks of work
omg i can’t do this! :O :’(
definitely workes up a sewat! whew! I didn’t do anything in soooooo long! Half my poses are probably … lets say not 100% correct, but I’ll work on it. Maybe take a yoga class in the fall (when the next course starts) It’s so difficult to know if you’re doing a pose right when there’s no one to tell you (or correct you if necessary) I’m still quite flexible I realized (downward bend), but there’s so much ‘fat’ in the way I can’t do this one step into the lunge. But I’ll work on it! Thank you!!
How many minutes of yoga a day do you reccomend? I think that 8minutes is too short. :p
the thing where you lift both legs in the air I cant do but its a great workout overall, thank you! lol
Big THANK YOU for this workout ! Its amazing, I just did it there. I’ve got a cold yesterday and i was afraid i’d miss my workout at gym, then I thought I’d try some yoga instead and BAM i found your video: Thanks to the Girls from ToneItUp !
I feel amazing after doing this ! definitely going to be doing this more often, THANK YOU TARA !
<3
Right! Not made for beginners, that’s for sure! Great practice for those who are used to Yoga though.
Awesome. It may be hard for some at first, but if you keep at it you’ll nail the poses eventually. It takes time to nail down yoga.
Great combination of moves!! First video of yours I’ve seen and it certainly won’t be the last.
How long before I can nail these postures?
Definitely for advanced or someone practices regularly.
Thank you so much! I am only a beginner but to see your transitions and short segments, it keeps me motivated. I try to do what I can with hopes of getting better someday because this is way more advanced then I am but it’s easy to follow and really helpful to see how good you can get by practicing this everyday.!
Que Culo!!!!
did she say this is for beginners…?
def not for beginners…not at all….
This is not for beginners!
Okay Tara’s the Wo-Man but these yoga routines are NOT for a beginner and bigguns like me. I can’t even bring my leg into a lunge smoothly (like at 2:03)& 4get about what Tara does at 3:29! Yikes! This workout seems to be for that vanity weight, like 20lbs or less. If you’ve got more than that to lose and your yoga experience is less than a beginner than there’s a HUGE chance you’ll hurt yourself. I’ll come back to this when I’ve trimmed down by some other means & gained some yoga experience.
A question.. The second, thrid and fourth week I have to do what?
Thanks Tara!
That last part when you’re on your forearms BURNNNED o_______O
Keep in mind if it is easy for you and you are not an athlete, you are not doing it right. Get someone to watch you and make sure you have the moves done correctly. This should burn.
dis is actually easy just hope it helps me loose weight
Do u have a dvd out for these workouts? If so I would love to purchase one!
just walk it down… press first the left foot down and then the right one… just continue like this for like 7 times… at that time you should def feel a change
LOVE this. The better I get at it, the better I feel. Yay
wow!… you are beautifully gorgeous!!
Can I do this routine every day?
