We get a lot of emails with training questions from people who come across our Veteran Training blog and are working out on their own. Weight Loss , Time Requirements needed to get the results they want… but sadly, we mostly get injury … Even if we didn’t run a Personal Training Company we would suggest getting a Certified Fitness Coach or Instructor (*Ahem, like us…)
