@antishay You’re right. I did post the same comment on Nicoles recent video, and my compliment and feedback is indeed genuine. However it goes out to all of you that I have been following for a couple of years now. If you reread I refer to “you all” and “you guys”…..meaning you, Nicole, Jason, and Amber. Just like you post a general video to us that covers many questions…I posted a general comment that I felt applied to the both of you and that I wanted both of you to read.

@bluelove33 You left this exact same comment on Nicole’s video :/

I actually think it’s great that you all have disconnected a bit from YouTube and your just focusing on living and being. It’s so hard to keep documenting every little thing that you do much less make videos of your every effort. Good to hear from you guys now and then, though. Glad you are finding “you” and that you’re still making progress at your own pace!

@PeaceLoveSlim I’m doing the p90x program too =) I’m on day 46 at the moment and it’s been amazing so far. As for your worry about the weight gain of 2lbs.. did u know that weight will naturally fluctuate + or – 4lbs throughout the day? I suggest measuring body fat % in conjunction with the scales to workout exactly how much fat you are losing. Hope that helps..

Hi right at the beginning you mentioned being insecure about your bust, how is that now? Do you think they’re much smaller, or just relatively smaller, so they are relatively the same cup size they were before? Do you care anymore? How about stretch marks, and flatness, have you noticed any sagging in your breasts??

    Thanks!!

Such great advice! I have two babies under two and feel down about not losing the baby weight I thought would come off by now but the fact is I am so busy – I hardly have time for myself, let alone to work out and eat really healthy – I eat what’s available. But I love the taking small steps like getting enough sleep, drinking water, walks, etc. idea. Thank you for the advice and inspiration! : )

The muscle you mentions is your latissimus dorsi, aka lats.

Also, see this site for more info about multipliers – take out the parenthesis:

@HealthIsInPlease I’m 165ish lbs and 5’9” – my maintenance calories are WAY up for debate…

Every BMR calculator gives me a maintenance-calories level of about 1570. However, that’s if I just lie on the floor all day. For someone who is sedentary (like me), you multiply by 1.2 to get daily BMR of around 1880 calories.

So I say my maintain calories are 1700-1900. I aim to eat 17-1800 so that even if I’m over my losing-weight calories (~1300) by a few hundred, I’m stil below maintain. See? :)

  14. On September 05, 2010 HealthIsInPlease says:

1700 for maintenance sounds really low o.O

ive heard shoulder shrugs on the pull up bar helps with gradually building up enough strength to pull your entire weight.

the muscle is the latissimus dorsi :D why do i remember that?

your motivating! lol i want to go work out today :) congratulations girl! keep it up!

  17. On September 05, 2010 allustrial says:

@bsjo31 Yeah it’s really strange! I’m not complaining. I guess the muscle gain from exercise doesn’t really show up on the scales. Either way we’re going in the right direction, so that’s all that matters =)

  18. On September 05, 2010 MsPolkaDotz says:

I noticed that you’ve considerably cut down your calories to 1200. Won’t that lower your metabolism down and prevent you from losing weight? How far do you think you might cut the calories down to see results? The reason why I ask is that I recently learned that cutting down calories is not an effective way to lose the pounds. Boosting your metabolism to create an anabolic state is of greater importance and more effective.. Anyways just thought I would share.. =) Love the BTYL series btw..

You want to lose weight, just get depressed. I am and can’t even work up an appetite. Seriously joking but true!!!!

What fruits are good with helping digestion? Kiwi, pineapple, banana’s? I was just curious if you had any information on that because I have a high fruit diet and most people love fruit in general. Some people’s bodies are not yet “clean” enough for fruit, so says Natalia Rose.

  23. On September 05, 2010 bsjo31 says:

@allustrial This happened to me. I lost 10lbs in the first 2 weeks of eating right without exercise and then I started working out and I havent lost weight since. It’s weird. Weightloss-wise I wanted to stop working out because I want to lose weight but I need to workout my heart so I know in the long run, working out is beneficial. I’m gessing it is because when we workout our muscles tighten so it is that, that might keep us at the same weight but only because its turning into muscle ;)
