Hi Carmelia, does this exercise really work to get in shape the legs? I want ones like yours! And slimmer weist!
What is the workout you suggest to?
Thank you!
Hiya ursdyer! It’s convenient to do while brushing teeth and flossing because it takes about 5 minutes to do. Also, you get the best results when you to do it everyday, like brushing your teeth.
Hi Carmelia
this is a good video..not sure I would do this while brushing my teeth but I can definately do it while watching tv.
You’re welcome! Let me know if you have any questions. This can be a light or intense exercise depending on your form and the tightness of the band.
