Thighs: Carmelia’s Personal Training Instructions, Volume I, Part 1


carmelia.com Carmelia D. Van Horn (Carm) gives instructions on how to use resistance bands to exercise and tone your outer thighs (abductors), inner thighs (adductors), and hamstrings. You can do this as you are brushing your teeth and flossing. Carmelia is a personal trainer, certified with the American Council on Exercise.

    Hiya ursdyer! It’s convenient to do while brushing teeth and flossing because it takes about 5 minutes to do. Also, you get the best results when you to do it everyday, like brushing your teeth. :)

    this is a good video..not sure I would do this while brushing my teeth but I can definately do it while watching tv.
