i really like this video i appreciate your concern for honest knowledge, but i do have one question about your theory on the whey protein. You’re saying i can eat 3 whole food meals a day, and drink two whey protein shakes for compensate for the other two meals, and i can gain lean muscle? (i work out on a daily basis for an hour and fifteen minutes to an hour and a half) im 17 , 6″0, and 158lbs

i’d argue even better then whey, fermented brown rice protein, Sun Warrior or similar thats the most easily absorbed and with no side effects atall, you get alot of beneficial nutrients in it too, and phyto chemicals

I work in the supplement industry and agree 100% with this advice. If you wanted to go a step further, I would make a top 6 by adding glutamine and BCAA powder, but this is definitely the way to go. When it comes to preworkout drunks like no-xplode and similar, these are rubbish products that cause adrenal fatigue (due to excessive caffeine), are over priced and lack decent amounts of active constituents.
