@macdaddy912 abs are muscle, ok? Like every other msucle in your body, it can be built by doing what’s it’s meant to do. What determines whether six pack abs will be visible is body fat because fat covers muscle, too much fat will cover the muscle completely. THink of it as a blanket, if the blanket is too thick, then the only thing visible will be the blanket, not the person underneath. 10 % for men 16 % for women.
