‘ exercise and diet form a aprt of any weight loss program’, in other words, you will read the manual for the gimmick you just bought, and it will tell you ‘for best results’, follow this diet and include some cardio exercise besides … In many ways that is how the 10 Minute Trainer is set up

Forget the Grapefruit Diet and the CabbageSoup Diet . there are complex scientific reasons why low-carb dietscan work in the short term, but the only way to effectively loseweight and keep it off is to exercise and eat a healthy,well- balanced diet … I never really understood what a personal trainer could bring to myweight loss effort
