Fusion Training is a unique combination of special resistance and even body weight exercises combined with multi muscle and multi movement exercises. It still incorporates traditional proven methods of weight loss and fitness training such as walking, jogging, cycling, spinning, rowing etc, but it is done in a way that combines these with other types of training that create all round brilliance in your body.
