I often get asked what do we do with people to help them achieve their goals. My answer typically is that, well… personal training is exactly that – personal training. Everybody is different and has individual needs and goals.  

We use tested and proven methods of achieving results to help you acheive your goals. As a team of  high class trainers we have worked with literally thousands of individuals.  

What we do differently to other trainers and gyms, is we use our Unique Fusion Method of training to achieve unrivalled results in fat loss, fitness and core strength. It doesn’t matter what level of fitness you are at. Fusion Training is the best from of training for everyday people through to athletes hands down.  

Fusion Training is a unique combination of special resistance and even body weight exercises combined with multi muscle and multi movement exercises. It still incorporates traditional proven methods of weight loss and fitness training such as walking, jogging, cycling, spinning, rowing etc, but it is done in a way that combines these with other types of training that create all round brilliance in your body.
