Sun, surf, great clients, and the best of beach and city.
Getting the best out of your training relies very much on a different kind of gold. Not the “gold” we have in Gold Coast- but the gold nugget in development you can only get when your personal trainer pushes you beyond your own expectations.
To me- this is worth more than Gold…. its yours, and no one can ever take it away.
Its gold that can never be sold.
As we all know, the number one reason you get a trainer is because they push you to go further and faster than you thought you could go. They test your limits, pushing you into that “beyond” zone- the extra set or 5 extra reps you would have NEVER done before if you trained by yourself.
