    The problem is if you’re under constant stress, you cant just work or do a sports activity & expect relief…

    why… because if once that work or sport is over & u return to this environments of stress, you actually do further damage…

    those who are under this extreme stress (& who can not escape it), some moderate physical activity will be helpful, but you can not participate in strenuous activity on top of stress & then be faced with stress afterwards.
