    Grow them yourself or get directly in touch with the suppliers (local farmers, etc. ) and cut out the middle man. Markets are usually also a great source of fresh fruits and veggies even if they are not labelled organic, they are fresh from the soil, so you know they are pure. They are also cheap at those places. :)

    I think your assuming that japanese food is the same as raw eating and actually its not…raw food is very basic organic unprocessed seeds,nuts, fruits vegetables and home grown grains such as sprouts, mung bean etc…the japanese traditional diet includes cooking food…..raw foodists do not cook there food based on the belief that the nutrient enzymes are killed when you do this……we dont even boil our foods because of the risk of losing good enzymes….hope this helps clarify a bit…
