This work out seems really good and im going to start doing it, but before i do i have some questions xD. How many times do you do this workout in one week. In the video it says only 3 times but in the middle it says do it 2 to 4 times again… Sorry but im just a bit confused =(. I just don’t want to hurt myself while I try to get fit .
