You can implement this exercise into your workout routine. Try 3 sets of 10 repetitions for each leg mixed into a circuit. Circuit training offers you a time efficient way to get your workouts in on a busy schedule. As you can see here, you don’t need a gym or fancy equipment. I just did this on a park bench near a playground. You can use the monkey bars to do pull-ups and use the bench to also do push-ups in between sets of this exercise.
