@Drummerkking You lose weight by reducing your calorie intake or increasing the amount of exercise you do to burn them off. the speed of your metabolysm is the speed that you burn calories. You can increase youre metabolysm by exercising. When you drink cold water, your body has to warm it up to body temperature before it can digest it, therefore your body has to work harder & by doing so increases your metabolysm which burns more calories faster, therefore helps you lose weight.
I don’t want to lose to much weight i just need to get a little slimer for basketball, can’t dunk atm has to be from the donuts

I been told that cold water causes you to GAIN weight… so my question is why the cold water..why is it important that water be cold?
