    mate, you are severly underweight, go see a doctor.
    I am 14, around 5 foot 7 and around 58 kgs.
    I am not fat at all and I need to put more weight on, you need to put much more weight on. See a doctor :)

    i was once very skinny but then i started going to the gym and lift heavy weights in which helped me gain muscle and my body is way bigger and now that i took a time off at the gym i slimmed down alittle but not im not like before…it works but you really have to be dedicated to the gym and eat alot at the same time.

    @PlayStationPoper I guess do alot of swimming workouts. I know that people with spine problems swim cause its a workout but doesnt strain your joints like heavy weights do

    I’ve got a fast metabolism but I don’t want to *just* gain muscles, I want to gain actual fat too – I’ve got skinny hands and wrists and basically my entire body is somewhat boney, even at places where larger muscles simply will not do. I also don’t particularly care for the muscular look, so really I just want to gain fat. Your videos seem purely aimed at gaining weight through muscle mass, but do you know of any way to gain fat if your metabolism adjusts to how much you eat?

    @ocachisu dont eat fish. thats very healthy protein. dont be afraid to eat meat and fatty foods too.. eat every other hour. small meal with 2 cups of juice, milk (DEFINITELY NOT WATER). Stay away from alcohol too…nasty… Anywho, also train once a day. In the morning is best, especially if you have a….life :-p Jogging + high ropes in the park is excellent. Am struggling myself to gain weight and Im 15 i weigh like 100 pounds and im 178 cm long.. not bony either.. Yah-yiks!! :O You’ll be fine

I think the secret it’s just to eat healty and work out with heavyweights, it’s as easy as that. I think the problem is what you eat, you should always eat healty. :)
