Ok youtube i have been drinking this shake every morning for breakfast for 2 weeks now and working out Monday-Saturday very hard. Let me say that this shake is all you need for major energy. I lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks and after 2 hour workouts I still have energy!!! My friends ask me how in the hell is it posible?? I just tell them to change up their eating habits. Youtube you can lose the weight, all you need is CONSISTENCY!!!! Thanks Mike its helping out a lot!!!!

Thanks for the advice man. So do you think I should drink one of these 2 times per day? I havent tried one yet. I tried to find the biochem protein in my local trader joes and they didnt have it. Gotta get it online I guess.

acai is so expensive… but if you want quality and healthy you gotta pay out your ass for it… i think its such bullshit that fast foods so cheap and unhealthy while healthy foods that are good for you are just crazy expensive
i would really like a great weight loss shake, i was at 300lbs, now im at 265 a have had the lapband done, what i need is a recipe for a great weight loss and maybe fat burning as well, i work out for 1 hour 3-4 times a week, i would really like any suggestions you may have.

IF I were you I would try a vegetarian diet but mix it with some hemp/whey protein you can find that type of protein online or in store like whole foods. Other wise I limit any red meat eating to a very small amount and focus on eating fish and 70% of your meals should consist of nuts, beans, vegetables and good fats such as avacados etc
I really want to try this shake, it looks great. My question for you is, I am a big guy trying to get my weight down probably like 60 lbs, would this smoothie still be ok? I do workout quite a bit and ride my bike almost everyday, but I have seen ur workout vids and I dont do nearly that much. I was trying to decide on the best protein I could put in it. Thanks so much
It called hemp/whey by biochem you can find it on line as well as whole foods. I recommend this to people twice a day if their looking for weight loss by I only consume it once a day

Ok so I tried the smoothie…I do enjoy the taste I think the cinnamon dominates over the other flavors and that’s not a bad thing! I will be making this yummy fat burning smoothie again.thanks again.I would love to see other fat burning recipies…do you buy any chance use extra virgin coconut oil?
i also for got to mention, that i’m no where near as strong as u. I’m 185 and i can only bnech press 225 pounds.
, i had a question and i knew u were the right man to talk to, because we have the same goals, we both do Gracie Ji u jitsu( Im under REnzo), and we both have had shoulder problems lol.. I just wnated to know.. How important is using a weight belt? I train with weights 3 times a week. One day for power, one day for mass, and another day for endurance. I also run and do plyometics once every two weeks for athleticism. I”m not strictly a power lifter but i was wondering if belts are necessary

@myksgrl I just got myslef a protein shake, if Im gonna wrkout twice a day, should I take mah shake twice a day?…n if I’m gonna have mah shake just for breakfast n lunch n then for dinner I will have a meal like mix vegtables..is that good to do it like that??…plz help me on that
The Reason why is because I did some research, I learned that to much cinnamon can damage your liver.
