yeh. kinda dangerous for ppol with knee problems -_-
I had knee problems before doing these particular types of squats. But you can do is what I did ,which is if you jog or walk in the morning. When you come to traffic light, while you’re waiting for the light to change try just a few at first, then as you body gets used to them you’ll be able to do more and you’ll be able to bend deeper.
Excellent tutorial. Thank you very much. However, I was wondering if it’s harmful for the knee’s over the regular regular body squats.
