This is Hugh Ragg, looking great with Occy. Hugh has completely transformed his body, by losing
over 15kg. Hugh now lives in his 50s with a 6 pack, he’s fitter and looks better than most guys 30 years younger than him.Did I mention Hugh can now squat standing on a swiss ball with his eyes closed and bench press 153kgs.
