They were all very keen to have a go at exercise and liked the idea of the set’s very own resident fitness trainer ! They were the greatest bunch of people to work with. We’d start the morning off with a training sessions right on the beach ….. Of course, I am eating a strict diet of 1300-1400 calories per day and not eating a bite 5 hours before or 1 hour after doing my HIIT.
