Before and after of me wearing my “high school jeans” which are a size “15″ jeans (I think they’re more a 12 – I bought them at a cheapie clothing place). Video 1 is May 2008 at 200 lbs. Video 2 is July 2008 at 187 lbs. Video 3 is now (Sept 2010) at around 165-167 lbs. @lolka22389 not everyone has it in them to workout as often as they should or how often other people think they should. i workout everyday because i have to. might seem like too much, but luckily for me, it’s fun and it’s something i enjoy. completely routine. took a lot of work and a lot of time to get to the point that it’s no longer a chore for me. but the moral of my ramblings is “everyone is different and it’s allowed”. :O}
@lolka22389 everyone handles losing weight differently. this is as realistic as it’s going to get. she’s an everyday person that’s touched a lot of people’s lives through her goals and showing that it is completely doable for the average person. average meaning overweight to obese and someone that can’t afford a personal trainer. like a star. i know where she is coming from. i used to weigh 270 and have gotten nearly 100 off just by changing how i think about food. and of course, i work out too.

@lolka22389 Not Really. She has lost this weight over more then a year, it’s not like she’s crash dieted and is encouraging others to follow in her foot steps. She motivates people to keep to their realistic goals, and that making mistakes are normal, and only human. I love following her videos, and having someone who is realistic about the difficulties of weight loss is really motivating for me. I’ve lost 16 pounds over 4 months and, even though that’s not wow! im happy with it so far.

wow!!! ( impressed that you lose weight) proud of ya! I already lost 40 lbs since feb 2009. only need lose 15-25 lbs more to be in healthy range. just lookin for girl buddy to help each other stay on track.
wow…what an inspiration…i just started my healthy eating plan today…and thanks to you…i bought a calendar, cute little star stickers…i am am tracking my progress…and its looking so good right now…its right above my imac in my bedroom so no matter what i have to see it…and it makes me feel good knowing all the great progress i have made…although they are small mini goals but I HAVE ACCOMPLISHED them…thanks for the little push i needed…155 here i come!!! LOL!!! Thanks =]
Hmm.. so what do you do exactly, for weight loss / fitness ?
I subscribed and plan to watch some more videos as well, but there’s more videos than Spartans in that movie, so a LOT of watching before I’d find what I’m lookin for
If you were in my area I’d show you a couple of training tricks and/or put the cardio pain on you
IMO it should take you no more than 3 months to burn that belly / hips fat, if fitness really is important to you, and you work smart.
You are gorgeous at any weight because of your personality! Your videos are addictive and inspiring! Please keep them coming..

@lolka22389 ~striving to attain a better body by eating healthy and excercise is always a realistic expectation:) and watching antishay on youtube has inspired me and lots of others which already makes this youtube channel productive not to mention the motivation it must give her!

@lolka22389 she is not losing HUNDREDS of pounds, and she has GREAT elasticity in her skin! who the hell are you to judge her! she is healthy and has been doing these videos for a couple of years so she has been losing at a HEALTHY STEADY pace! take your ignorance and pessimism somewhere else! you sound like a n idiot! you don’t know her body! speak for YOURSELF! if you are a quitter and a debbie downer that is YOUR issue not @antishay’s! don’t knock her for sharing her story!

@sapphireoasis21 Surprisingly, the weight I have lost is mostly from my stomach area, lol. I almost have a somewhat flat stomach but would love to lose the weight from my legs or tone them up more.
I started at around 220 and am now at 169 lbs. (I started about 2 years ago but have lost most of the weight since January (was around 200 in January). I am happy with how I look now (everyone has noticed and has complimented me) and of course my clothes all fit wonderfully.
I still need to lose more weight (my goal is around 150 lbs). but I love the feeling of trying on old clothes that used to be tight and now either fit perfectly or are way too big.

this a great video… I like how you really put yourself out there! Its not easy on the internet where ppl feel they have the right to say w/e to you just bc you can’t see their face! I don’t get why ppl on YT are so stuck on b4 and after pics… just do your thing! As long as u r trying and inspiring who needs the stupid pics!
