Ok so how many sessions a week will you do?
This one is totally dependent on a few things such as how quickly you want results (more sessions/week = faster results). How much time you have available (you may have to make some arrangements to make doing your desired number of sessions achievable such as going to work 15 minutes later on training days or getting your partner to get the kids organised on training days)But basically you can do anywhere from 1 to 5 Personal Training sessions a week.
